Standard Shipping: $7.99 (2–6 business days)
Express Shipping: $14.99 (arrives next business day*)
Orders over $49 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

Faulty Items
Every order is inspected before it's sent out. If you think your item arrived faulty, please contact us at lumeracollections01@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item has a major fault or fails to meet consumer guarantees.
When reaching out, please provide:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photos of the item
An unboxing video
Returns & Exchanges
We don't offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Where an item qualifies, we may provide store credit at our discretion, as long as the following conditions are all met:
You get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order
The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
The item is sent back in its original packaging, along with any complimentary gifts included with the order
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, earrings can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
We suggest using a tracked shipping service, as proof of postage is needed. Lumera Collections isn't liable for parcels lost during transit.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return has been received and checked, we'll let you know the outcome.
If your return is approved:
Refunds mandated under Australian Consumer Law will go back to your original payment method
Where applicable, eligible returns may instead receive store credit
Please allow 5–10 business days for this process to be completed
Store credit comes as a unique code redeemable on future orders. Purchases made with store credit are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Your reason for the return
Photos showing the fault
An unboxing video
Once received, our team will review your request and walk you through the next steps.
