Faulty Items

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you believe your item has arrived faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item has a major fault or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Please include the following information:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• An unboxing video

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

In certain circumstances, we may provide store credit at our discretion, provided that all the following conditions are met:

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging with any complimentary gifts included with the order.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Lumera Collections is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request.

If your return is approved:

• Refunds required under the Australian Consumer Law will be returned to your original payment method.
• Where applicable, eligible returns may receive store credit.
• Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing.

Store credit will be issued as a unique code that can be redeemed on a future order. Purchases made using store credit are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged, except where required by law.

How to Start a Return

To submit a return request, email lumeracollections01@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The date of purchase
• The item or items you wish to return
• Your reason for requesting the return
• Clear photographs showing the fault, if applicable
• An unboxing video

Once your request has been received, our team will review the information and guide you through the next steps.
